Heat Recovery Systems

Waste Water Heat Recovery

Designed for greater thermal efficiency, it recovers the lost thermal energy by using the heat from the wastewater of one processing operation to pre-heat the incoming water to be used in other operations.

For example, assuming that the incoming fresh water temperature is around 15°C to 18°C (60°F to 65°F), our Heat Recovery System can effectively pre-heat that incoming water to within 3°C to 6°C (5°F to 10°F) of the wastewater stream. That could be up to 60% of the original energy expended. It can also reduce energy consumption required by filtration on plate and frame units.
