How it Operates

Cement CuringWater enters the heater at the top, and through a spray nozzle is distributed over the stainless steel heat transfer media. Water droplets are then preheated through the media before they come into direct contact with a jet style flame.

Here in the combustion zone, the heat transfer to the final temperature occurs as the preheated water comes into direct contact with the flame, and the completion of the heat transfer occurs before the water settles in the storage area.

Finally, the hot water is either pumped or gravity fed into a hot water storage tank or directly to the process.
